Fermentierra is a Swiss artisanal and family business. Our goal is to share our passion for the ancient technique of lacto-fermentation. With our experience and our taste for cooking, we offer a range of products inspired by the flavors of the world, the seasons and local organic production.

Our philosophy is very simple. By supporting a healthy and ecological way of life, we wish to transmit to you the gastronomic and dietetic qualities of sour vegetables. We place great importance on the freshness of our vegetables, in order to guarantee you jars that will amaze your taste buds and deliver all their benefits to your body.  

Our workshop is located at the foot of the Jura, in Champagne, in the family's old bakery. After decades of cultivating the art of well-done work, we are taking up the torch to pass on to you one of the treasures of humanity, the art of lacto-fermentation, and to highlight the quality of Swiss organic vegetables.
