






Fermentierra is a Swiss artisanal and family business. Our goal is to share our passion for the ancient technique of lacto-fermentation. With our experience and our taste for cooking, we offer a range of products inspired by the flavors of the world, the seasons and local organic production.
Our philosophy is very simple. By supporting a healthy and ecological way of life, we wish to transmit to you the gastronomic and dietetic qualities of sour vegetables. We place great importance on the freshness of our vegetables, in order to guarantee you jars that will amaze your taste buds and deliver all their benefits to your body.
Notre atelier se trouve au pied du Jura, à Champagne, dans l’ancienne boulangerie de la famille. Après y avoir cultivé l’art du travail bien fait pendant des décennies, nous reprenons le flambeau pour vous transmettre un des trésors de l’humanité, l’art de la lactofermentation, et mettre en valeur la qualité des légumes de la production biologique suisse.
